Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Renovu Technologies, Inc. (“Renovu,” “we,” or “our”), which operates Softball IQ (the “app”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be 13 or older to create your own account. Children under 13 do not create accounts themselves: a parent or guardian adds a child and plays on their behalf, or a coach rosters a player with a parent's consent. If you create or operate an account for a child, you confirm you are that child's parent or legal guardian (or that a parent or guardian has consented), and you are responsible for their use of the app.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and keep it current. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Use Softball IQ for its intended purpose: training and team management. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to, disrupt or reverse-engineer the app, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use it to harass anyone. Coaches and parents are responsible for appropriate use by the minors in their care.

Some features require a paid plan. Paid plans are billed through Stripe; we do not store your card details. Plans renew until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime, which stops future charges and reverts you to the free tier at the end of the paid period. Prices and plan features may change; we will give reasonable notice before changes that affect an active paid subscription. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

The app, including its quiz questions, explanations, illustrations, and software, is owned by Renovu Technologies, Inc. and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Softball IQ and the Softball IQ logo are trademarks of Renovu Technologies, Inc. Content you create (such as custom team questions) remains yours; by adding it, you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for your team.

How we handle children's data, parental consent, and a parent's right to review and delete a child's information is described in our Privacy Policy. A parent operating a managed child account is responsible for that child's use of the app.

Softball IQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will improve any particular outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Softball IQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
